This one's for the alcoholics who also love their Oreos. We took our wildly popular Cookies and Cream brownies up a notch by adding a generrrous amount of Baileys.
The result? A silky smooth, extra fudgy brownie with pleasant, bitter notes of dark cocoa and a punch of booze. And let's not forget the satisfying crunch from the addition of our house-made caramelised white chocolate bits, and crushed Oreos. Oooh, damn.
These brownies are made with the same premium ingredients we take pride in—Belgian dark chocolate couverture for that silky smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture, and creamy premium French butter.
