Coffee, Irish cream, dark chocolate, and cocoa marry beautifully in this fudgy, melt-in-your-mouth Baileys Coffee Belgian Dark Chocolate Fudge Brownies. 
 
The addition of Baileys gives these brownies another dimension. The Irish cream component adds richness, decadence, and a silky smooth, almost truffle/ganache-like texture, while accentuating the cocoa flavour. 
 
The recipe has been tested countless of times to ensure that the different flavours and textures of this caffeinated brownie shine through, with the Baileys discernible without making the brownies overly sweet.
 
To top it all off, the brownies are finished with a generous dusting of cocoa powder for a rustic touch, and additional flavour and texture.
