These Rum & Raisin Belgian Dark Chocolate Brownies went through countless testings in order to nail the best type of rum and amount that'll complement the plump raisins and bittersweet chocolate. 
 
While slightly pricier, golden raisins are used as they are plumper, softer, and juicier—perfect little sponges for soaking up all that authentic fine Jamaican dark rum they have been soaked with. 
 
Jamaican rum is known for its full-bodied flavour, rich with sweet caramel notes and molasses—a perfect marriage with these dark chocolate brownies.
 
Alcohol level-wise, we'd say these deliver a smooth hit to your senses, and the flavour gets more pronounced when you chill the brownies overnight and consume them the next day. Available in two levels—Regular and Light. 
 
These brownies are made with the same premium ingredients we take pride in—Belgian dark chocolate couverture for that silky smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture, and creamy premium French butter.
 
They are then finished off with a splash of dark chocolate couverture pieces for the decadent cherry on top.
